These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through redtruckflyfishing.com. By placing an order you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Information
Orders are handled, packed, and shipped by Red Truck Fly Fishing Co. from our base in the Sacramento area. When an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email will include your billing address, shipping address, products ordered, prices, and shipping costs.
If anything looks incorrect on your order confirmation, please contact us immediately at info@redtruckflyfishing.com. You must be 18 years or older, or have a guardian’s approval, to place an order.
Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control. Red Truck Fly Fishing Co. is not responsible for refunding shipping costs due to delays beyond our control.

We do not save, share, or store any of your sensitive personal or financial information beyond what is necessary to complete your transaction. Your privacy is important to us.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Red Truck purchase. If you are not happy with your order, here is how our return policy works:
- Within 30 days of receipt — return any item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs
- After 30 days — items can be returned for an exchange or store credit
- Items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- We reserve the right to review returns on a case by case basis
To initiate a return, email us at info@redtruckflyfishing.com with your order details and reason for return. We will reply with instructions.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at info@redtruckflyfishing.com before returning your item. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Product Information
We do our best to represent all products accurately on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that product images reflect the exact appearance of every item. Slight color variations may occur depending on your display settings, photo quality, or screen resolution.
Force Majeure
Red Truck Fly Fishing Co. takes no responsibility for delays or errors caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, government decisions, or supplier issues.
