We stand behind every rod and reel we make. If something goes wrong, we’re here to get you back on the water as quickly as possible.
Warranty
All Red Truck Fly Fishing Co. rods and reels are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty for the original owner. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
After the 1-year warranty period, replacement sections are available for purchase at the fees listed below.
Rod Repairs & Replacement Sections
In most cases you won’t need to send us your entire rod. We can ship the replacement section directly to you, usually within 5–7 business days — sometimes faster. Simply email us at info@redtruckflyfishing.com with your details and we’ll take care of the rest.

Please note: Canada and international customers — shipping fees will be based on your location. Although rare, colors and components can vary slightly between original and replacement parts.
Premium Series (discontinued)
If you own a discontinued Premium series rod, please contact us directly — we still have parts available for some models at the same pricing as the Diesel series above. If the correct section is no longer available, your rod will be replaced with the current Diesel series for $250 (single-hand) or $300 (Switch or Spey), plus shipping. You will be required to send in the remaining sections of your Premium rod.
Reel Repairs
Reel issues are rare, but when they happen we’re here to help. In many cases we can resolve the issue directly via email or send you the specific part you need. Fees are based on parts required.

Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your Red Truck purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how our returns policy works:
- Within 30 days — return any product in new, sellable condition for a full refund
- After 30 days — products can be returned for an exchange or store credit
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees
- Items must be in new, unused, sellable condition
